I would just say this.Eat what you want and focus on calories.If you want to gain weight eat over maintenance and if you want to lose fat eat bellow maintenance.You don`t need any ,,diets''

How will it fade? I am not really understanding this thing called ,,water weight''.I just know that if you reduce your carbs on a day you will lose your water weight so you will have less pounds than you had before you cut the carbs.
