Love that newlook1981! That's basically what I do but I do back to back workouts in the morning... Gym at 4 then hike at 5. I agree- the bigger the goal (and/or the quicker you want results) you have to go hard!

What's helping me-finally- is meal prepping for the whole week (M-F) and make some extra's for the weekend, and eat all of your prepped food for snacks and meals, and that will keep you on track for calories/macros. I found these mint chip ice cream bars by Chilly Cow that are only 100 cals and have protein and low sugar/low carbs and the mint just takes away any craving I could possibly have. Plus its a little treat, having ice cream at night...
