No crispy there, I added a touch of garlic chili paste and water to baste the burgers in. Gives them a little zip of flavor. Felt the need to make lunch a bento box even though I'm home on vacation. Chicken burgers, hard boiled egg, 3/4 cup rice, 1 cup steamed vegetables, cherry tomatoes, pickles and blueberries.

I posted and confessed to my sin of eating an entire thin crust pizza. I'm over my calories by close to 600, Could have been worse. But for sure should have been better.

I'm rather fond of tuna burgers. One can white tuna in water, drained 1 egg, scrambled ( you can use just egg whites if desired) 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs 2 tbs chopped onion 2 tbs chopped green pepper 1 tbs lemon juice ( optional) Mix all ingredients togetherness, form into 2 patties and pan fry until golden I do theses…

I blend watermelon, then add in kiwi Blueberries, and peaches and make frozen fruit pops. I found a small mold that makes pops equal to 1/2 cup fruit!
