You're well on your way! Good luck!

Sounds like you are committed if you've been doing this for a year. It's a good mind set to have a lifestyle change and not go on a temporary fix like a "diet". You didn't say how much you've lost but it seems like this plan you are working is successful for you. Congratulations!

Can you cut back on the beer? LOL. Can you drink water? I know you are probably laughing but beer puts on weight like crazy! It is famous for beer bellies!

Thank you! You can keep that 45 lbs off for life and take off more if that is your intention and not yoyo and go through this again. If you truly have a mindset change and a positive attitude and really put into action this is a lifestyle change, you will be at a healthy weight the rest of your life. You also have to…

It's great your aware of your triggers and weaknesses. Key is working on discipline and cutting down your portions or not eating those foods that trigger you. That's what I had to do. After a couple years, I was able to keep some foods and get rid of some. For me, it was worth it because I chose that over being heavy.

Congratulations! I am confident your hard work and life changes will take you far!

Good idea to keep baking ingredients out of the house! Why have temptation right under your nose. :)

Wow Krista! You have quite the story to share. I know Hypnosis can be very successful. It sure reflects that with you! For you, hypnosis definitely was the right choice for you. You're amazing. I have tried but never went under. Some people can and some people can't. I wish I was like you and had it worked! Thanks for…

Yummy to all the above! What do you do....stay away from those foods?
-
Great discipline! Hard work too, way to go. You're an inspiration too!

Can you bring your baked goods to neighbors or churches with poverty stricken people? You have a wonderful gift of being able to be an excellent baker. I would give my banana bread to the neighbors. Or could you find something healthy and yummy to bake? There are great recipes online! You're so kind!

Carol you are a wonderful person with so much to share! Do you mind if I add this post to my blog and I will use your name if that is ok? I think you are an inspiration and people will be able to identify with you. I would love to be friends with you. You can kick me in the butt for not doing my steps yet!

I agree on certain foods I can do that like with peanut butter. You are so disciplined! That is why you are at goal weight and will stay there. Congratulatiions!

Carol you will meet your goal weight and keep it off. You have changed your mindset and you have a positive attitude. The brain is the biggest muscle in the body. You keep feeding it with positive thinking and "I can and are doing this." Along with regular exercise and that be a part of your lifestyle change you will be a…

Ok you're the first to admit to pizza. Bingo. This is a food I will allow myself to eat. I will eat three pieces. Yes three pieces! It is my weakness. I don't do it often but I am like you when it comes around I do not say no! I get right back on it. My lifestyle change includes pizza. :)

What do you do? I try to keep them out of my apartment. I am doomed too if I am around it. I'm learning discipline and have done pretty good. Don't you just hate trigger foods? :)
-
I figured you had this covered!

Maybe just eat two pieces of toast! You look like you're in pretty good shape. I always have a plan when I go to those conferences. I simply look around and see all the overweight people and I put small portions on my plate. There is no food that tastes better than thin feels for me. Another thing I do is I make sure I've…

I will tell you I could polish off a whole bag of Chips Ahoy too! Now that my stomach is shrunk and I am eating right, I wouldn't think of putting one of those in my mouth. Too tempting!
-
It sounds like you've made some great changes in your life. You don't see yourself as positive? :)
-
I'm sorry I wasn't clear. It was meant for those that needed to lose over 50 lbs and yes I lost 204 lbs.
-
Please add me if you are fun, positive, and post more than you checked in. Yawn. I want to have fun on our journeys. Only add me if you post and share! :)

I love tortilla chips and potato chips big time. I cannot have them in my house. I just don't eat them. I eat a few pretzels for that carb fix. Ha Ha.

Awesome quote!

All of those foods are triggers! I don't have them in my apt. You are very disciplined! I learn a lot from you all!
