if you are having issues getting all your protien in then shakes are the way to help you. optimum nutrition is the best quality. remember a big chicken breast could be 50g of protien, and steak could be even higher. i would stay away from protien bars. they cause blow and are not nutrious in my opinion. add me as a friend…

i drink protien and eat 2 cups of fruit 45 min prior, i drink BCAAs during, and then after i have protien and fruit, then 1 hour later i have a full course meal

I would stick to fruits and veggies for carbs as much as you can and make sure your protein intake is high. Losing belly fat is mostly about diet. Do that with a great core and ab workout and your belly fat will melt away

No you have got to sleep as close to 8 hours of straight sleep as possible. Power naps don't count. If you have to ouch lack of sleep then your muscles won't grow

That is a full body circuit. Not for bulking. Do 5x5's with heavy weight. Or do 4 sets 6-8 reps medium to heavy. You must eat a lot to bulk unless you gain weight easily. make sure you eat brother. you gotta eat bulking foods like potatoes, sweet potatoes, and at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. good program though. make sure you work out your entire body not just one area. and most import.......drink plenty of water
