I'm now days a runner, who enjoys long distance (1-2hours) around hills etc, I use to be 110kg's 10 years ago, though now days sit around 85kgs. I'm trying to find an effective way of strengthening without putting on the bulk.
I don't eat a lot these day with calories between 1500 - 2000 on a daily basis. I also have a slow metabolism to boot
I'm open to suggestions.

For cardio I use a weighted vest for strength and core0

An effective way of strengthening without bulking is to do strength training while eating at maintenance or in a deficit. The only way to bulk would be to eat a surplus of calories.0
