  • I am recent to the actual diagnosis. But, I felt the symptoms for a long time. I get discouraged and disheartened when I don't see progress. I am starting again!

  • I used the recipe converter this morning! I was quite impressed. I was shocked about the calories! But, it was a quick and easy tool to turn a found recipe into nutritional value (or lack of it). I also used the fit bit work out. I am not an arms girl. Those babies are sore today!

  • I can change the form of my body with exercise. But, the number on the scale will not move by much. I watch friends and family shed pounds (they are working hard as well). It is frustrating. I give up often. I jump back in it often.
