Starvation mode is a myth, if you are under eating you will still lose weight, your body doesn't hold on to anything, not enough to make any difference anyway. The only way to lose the last few it to makes sure your logging is as accurate as possible.

If she is eating at a deficit then she is unlikely to have gained muscle as you can't create something without any energy

I honestly got back from my first fitness class half an hour ago!! I came out feeling great!! No need to get nervous, everyone is so fo used on the exercise and the trainer :)

Are you eating clean or are you eating at a calorie deficit? Eating clean does not equal weight loss.

Have a grilled chicken salad without dressing and a frappe without the cream, whole meal comes in at about 600 calories. I worked at McDonald's for two years, it is possible. Alternatively have a milkshake or a soft drink.

As long as you weigh at the same time everyday it doesn't matter which time you weigh. If you hold water every morning then it should still show a loss :)

Whilst the above may have good intentions it is also incorrect. If you are not losing weight, eating more is not going to help. starvation mode is a myth. It is more likely to be that there are discrepancies in OP's tracking (not accurate weighing, incorrect data entries etc).

Companies do not have to be 100% accurate with their portion sizes. That is why you weigh food in grams. Go with the gram measurement

This is what happens to me! If I have breakfast I am getting painful belly rumbles before lunch. If I don't eat breakfast then I'm only mildly hungry when lunch comes around! It's weird isn't it?

Just don't eat breakfast!! It's not anymore important that any other meal! There is no point in forcing yourself to eat if you're not hungry.
