I do walk/jog every now and then, however with the weather starting to make a turn for the worse I want to be able to exercise from home. Can anyone recommend any good work out tapes or programs that I can access from home? Thanks!!

Little bit annoyed
Since June I've lost half a stone (142 - 135) and I havent beem able to see any change, my clothes still fit the same and my measurements having changed. Reaching my goal
This may sound bizarre but is anyone else worried about meeting their goal? I'm so focused on eating the right amount and watching the scales/measurements for down that I'm almost worried about what happens when I reach where I wanna be?
