Thanks all. Happy birthday Lorrpb. I've seen a few things here. I have been a little slack on the water, not a big veggie eater tho do like fruit. The walking weights are a good idea. 62, do take lots of meds as well. Ugh, just don't want to be stuck because of age either.

Thanx everyone. Just it came off so well the first 4 weeks... I have a 100 more to loose. I have been letting it get me down with the stress around me. First time I've done something good for myself. Teabea, wow. I do love beans but when I look at the carbs on them I shy away. Also love mixed nuts. You have relieved some fear. I still do not understand macros Percentages. Where should those be to continue loosing . Protein, carbs and fat. Thanks so much for your help. I will look up these two ladies as well
