Thing is that yes she can eat what ever she likes and stay same as well. To start loosing weight she has to kick that metabolism in a gear and have less carbs sugar and fat. That's my goal! I'm doing this to change my lifestyle completely.I know I probably can't go complaining like some others that have more weight then I do I'm pretty much around my normal BMA but I want to look better and make better food choises in general.
