No tomato and avocado. The basic stuffs I use are; cabbage, carrot, cucumber, sweet corn, grean beans, baked beans, corn beef, onions and eggs.

Please does anyone have any tip on how to preserve vegetable salad for about a week

Wow. This group is filled with lots of encouragement. I took the time to make vegetable salad to last about 3days. I walked from somewhere I usually go to in a taxi only to realize it just a 26mins walk. I'm walking to and fro from now on. Have a great Sunday people.

You can try squats. Maybe try 500 in d 9hrs. You don't have to do everything at once. You get to burn calories while toning ur lower body.

Good job! I didn't do yesterday's yoga. Had a crazy day. I'll do it today, though, and either double up one day or just exercise on the next rest day so I can catch up. I started this morning. I really don't like night workouts so I'm starting with Day 2. Also I don't have shred it with weights, so I did Ripped in 30 level 1. I might not follow d plan strictly but they will still Jillian Michaels' workouts
