Today was a lousy day for drinking water. Managed to sneak in just 16 oz.0

I am finding it easier to use a quart jar and a straw instead of a glass. lol Just have to be sure I empty it twice and I am at 64 oz. Which I have already done today! So much easier than trying to track it by the cup.0

A challenge might be the ticket to push me to drink the water I need, 64 oz. being below the minimum my nutritionist wants. Will anybody email to let me know if this challenge has gotten started and if so, how I can join?0

Not as good today, spent the whole day doing homework at a local coffee shop. So guess who is over cafinated and under watered? Yup, you guessed it...me.0

haha I am just in time for this. I bought a gallon of water the other day and have been working hard to finish the entire gallon per day. Its 11:37PM and I have one glass left in the jug.
I recently read an article where someone described something they called the whoosh. Its the phenomena where you are definitely in a caloric deficit but are not losing weigh then all of the sudden you are a few pounds down in the morning. The theory is that as fat leaves the cells they become back filled with water to flush them out then in a sudden whoosh you piss out all that water and boom you are down to your rightful weight. Of course this is just theory because there is no way to prove it but I have been there and experienced overnight losses.0 -
