I was eating 1330 a day Weight is 98.6kg Height is 175.5 Body fat is 37.6 Water retention is 47% I wasn't eating back what I had exercised and originally I had my profile set at Stationery and I am now going to the gym three times a week

I want it for my steps counter as phone is not accurate enough I want it for the heart rate as interested to know what it is at certain times when I feel sick and I want it for the sleep pattern. Xx

I had them all my life I am only 27, I get them once a week at lease I always get the eye aura most ly on the same side it normally wipes me out for a couple of days. I also lose uses of my left side of my body including tongue.

I also had this problem I try and push though and ignore thinking about food and think about what you have to do when you get home don't get me wrong I don't always get it right and sometimes I still do binge eat. When you binge eat let it go the next day start a new day fresh x

You can do this just stay strong and every time you want food then message me and I will ask you 3 questions and if the answers are no then you don't eat it. Stay strong! X

I completely understand where you are coming from I also have a food addiction. It's the hardest addiction to have in my opinion, because you can't just stop eating. If you need support I am here I know how hard it is to stay on track. Support of others is a great tool when controlling what you are eating x
