  • I’m on 1400 calories daily but often don’t eat it all with IF. Working out on a regular basis and trying to lose another 20 lbs. love chocolate too. I am finding it helpful to have decaf coffee at night and add hot chocolate to satisfy my chocolate craving. It’s a lot less calories and eating a candy bar.
