  • 10-25 for men 25-35 for women im about 25? But i do not look like that lol and want to be at 20 Im scared of guys who are skinnier than me otherwise, guys with normal weight is good. Overstuff yourself with foods is not attractive to me, Im not talking about enjoyment of food because I like foods, a bit too much.

  • heart rate is a way to measure how much calories you burn because when you work out then your heart rate goes up, not necessary higher heart rate = more calories burn in reality.   • why do you have to burn so much calories in such short amount of time? It is pretty tough, Just make it more doable by making it to an hour or 1 1/2, it isn't really much more time.
  • my sister is kind of the same, she sabotages my plan all the time just because she feels bad that I can't eat it so she always offers me But I can choose to say no. You have to be able to develop a self control that even if the food is there, you wouldn't eat it because you know you shouldn't.
  • I love avocado drinks ( half avocado and half water + a bit of sugar + a lot of ice or just put it in the freezer to make ice cream) or just eat it with a spoon

  • Cook veggie with meat or tofu, they taste so much better cause of the meat juice and such. You could stir fry them with garlic and for me soy sauce and a pint of sugar. Or just use salt and a bit of sugar and oh yeah a lot of chili or pepper xD
  • mine was so similar to yours. It wasn't even close to being fat, I'm in the healthy range, some even said I was pretty skinny and just not super skinny. Asians just have unbelievable level of skinny that it is nice to be as skinny as in the unhealthy range like 170 cm ( 5'8 or so ) and at 110 is good.
  • Well if you are on the big size like bigger frame then you could be 130 looking totally thin, not as small as you could compare to smaller frame girls cause it is just the frame. My friend is around 115-120, I think she is thin and most people agree however her frame is tiny, she still has a lot of meat not stick out bones…

  • Exercise then you can eat it. Most of the time I would be like that. I rather not eat in the end because then I have to do 30 min - 1 small bag of chip is too tiring and not worth it. It isn't filling either
