  • Awesome! Proud of you! I love that too! It makes it to where you can do it any time of day. I usually do it in the mornings but if I don't want to do it I'll wait until before dinner. Its intense so you know your working out hard in a short amount of time. I always wake up super sore haha. They kick butt.
  • Yay!! Finally someone who knows!!! Haha I started the challenge AGAIN but this time I'm sticking to it. Today I'm on day 16. Yesterday was the fit test and it killed me!! I'm doing 3.0 right now then after I'm done I'll start 4.0.
  • Congrats on your weight loss success!!!! I wish my mom would not care about what others think of her because that makes her not go to the gym. Other gym she went to with my brother was called golds gym now it's eos fitness but when she was getting her membership the guy (of course it was a buff guy) was really mean to her…
  • Happens to me sometimes gotta hold it in as best as possible haha glad I workout at home cause I would be a mess at the gym.
  • If they tell me it's stress and anxiety I don't think imma take an anxiety med or anything like that cause I'm not about that life haha
  • Oh my gosh! I'm so with you on that! I've gotten all these horrible effects since kids not before! It sucks I'll get into a big argument with the hubby and then the next thing you know I'm puking for days and it's not like I want to stress and anxiety make me sick. Have you been through anything traumatic? I think that's…
  • Hmm...may help..what are good foods that don't have so many carbs?
  • Thank you I'll take that into consideration!
  • Even vitamins for crying out loud! Haha and I take them with a meal.
  • It's so hard to eat foods that aren't acidic it seems like everything I eat is acidic or maybe I create a lot of bile? Eating an avocado cheese eggs chicken anything does it for me it seems like. Haha I always thought that maybe it was all the bad stuff trying to get out of your body when your getting healthy.
  • @tenkides Milk sometimes helps but I need to buy a low fat milk for myself cause the fam likes whole fat. Whole fat makes me gain and I think I'm lactose so its hard on my stomach. Cheese actually gives me heart burn haha ugh my body is so freakin sensitive!!
  • So happy I'm not the only one!! I try exercising in the morning before I eat anything so that there's nothing to make me feel like my food is coming up but then the entire rest of the day I get heart burn and indigestion with every meal and it's not like I'm eating a lot anymore but I try to drink lots of water which…
  • Thank you! Great way of putting it.
  • Yeah understandable. I proportioned it instead of eating the three enchiladas I got I just ate one and a half. And as far as the goal my goal is set to lose one pound a week.
  • That's awesome! I hope I can do the same for mine if he decides to take a healthier route. He loves home cooked foods which is better than fast food but also thinks healthy things are for girls.
  • Thank you! And I agree I used to be like forget the labels but now I definitely look at every label of what I'm about to eat to make a better or healthier decision. And yes, I've lost weight before after I had the kids exercising everyday but wasn't looking at what I put in my body and now that I'm also focusing on the…
  • And I changed my calories to 1,300 just for him so 80 more than before.
  • When I get my mind on something I become pretty determined and he knows that about me. I get things done which is the complete opposite of him. He's the procrastinater. And he is a very happy person actually but way too happy sometimes. Like he tries to joke around when things are serious.
  • He's a little overweight and he does have insecurities about himself and in the beginning of our marriage especially he would verbalized that he was scared I would cheat on him and even with me starting school again to be a nurse he is scared of me cheating. But I haven't done anything to make him think that way and don't…
  • No I still do everything the same as I used to with family and my husband is also hardly ever home so that gives me lots of alone time so I exercise when he leaves for work. And it's literally only 15-20 minutes of my day so I can do the usual such as clean cook and care for children and hubby. The drastic change for him…
  • @Annr true true! I need to exercise my mind to say so to the matter hahaha! Sounds like you'll definitely reach your goal though for sure!
  • Annr kudos to you! It takes a lot of willpower to do what you do!! But that is a GREAT idea! I should sort out my stuff away from theirs. That way out of sight out of mind.
  • And great positive mindset! I wish you all good luck!
  • Definitely agree about the life style change and event that happens to get you on the road towards health. Idk if mine counts that much but mine was when I saw the scale creep up so fast to numbers I never saw before since I was pregnant! And also holding my stomach in my hand in a way that I never could before. Can't fit…
  • I haven't started this yet but I'm scared to cause if my fam don't like it, idk if I want to cook extra for them to be happy about what they have to eat. It's hard enough being a stay at home mom/housewife and then starting school soon, yeah....no.

  • It does if you take it to heart and reflect on it. Worked for me and this is just day 1!
  • Thanks for the motivation! It might be harder as you get older but don't be discouraged cause anyone can do it!
  • I hope you stick to it! I know exactly what you mean when you say you'll stick to it for a month then drift back into old habits. I fall under that category too. I struggle with chronic back pain doing daily things such as cleaning and caring for my kids and I'm only 21!! Makes excersise and anything such as that so much…
