i would suggest picking friends by common goals. i also have found that i personally have to keep my friends list to 35-40 otherwise all of their feeds overwelhm me & cause anxiety. are ur goals losing,gaining or maintaining?

im going to continue my weightlifting 5days a week with10k steps daily. adding in my gardening& my tire flipping for this challenge!

there are ways to work through this time. 1st xtra protein & iron. begin taking nsaid 1-2days prior to start.will help with pain & bloat. exercising will help as well. lastly orgasm( either on own or with) will help body shed lining quicker & lessen days!

i prep 1day a week. try a fiber bar, mine are 10g eat 1/2 in am 1/2 in pm. too much fiber all at once will cause pain & bloat. also flaxseed will help. i also take a probiotic & LOTS of water each day. if someone else in house they can rub lower back on each side of spine & this may help(used alot in nursing homes)

the egg mmcmuffins in bekahc1980 can be made up in batches wrapped in plastic wrap& froze. microwave for 1.5 mins . so can the bfast burritos. i do 3dozen of each, each week! makes for quick easy mornings( or when my teenagers are starving)
