I have a lot to lose so I think once every month would be a bit much for me. It took a lot for me to get my before pictures but I knew I'd want to see the differences in my body as I progress. Hey :) I work full time and have a 2 yr old... only just started my weight loss journey (or this time I'm serious). Would be grateful for friends to help push me through this! I need to lose about 70lbs to be my healthy weight... baby steps!

Yeah a lot of my time is consumed from Netflix or my Xbox (atm it's a combo of The 100 and Elder Scrolls Online). I also play a few indie games on my laptop (those it can run).
