Checking out low carber daily forum now. Thanks for the tip. I have a some fruit to avoid and a ton of raw food doesn't go though the pipes the best. It's like navigating a mine field. The calorie counting here is really helping. I'm not as low carb as I thought.

Listen to your body when it comes to lifting weight and diet changes. I am working on going lower carb. I tried to do it all at once and my workouts sucked. Now I'm counting my marcos and reconfiguring my diet slowly. When it starts effecting my workouts I'll stop lower my carbs. Just keep experimenting. What weight…

Motivation is a complex topic. I have an antagonist in my life that is very successful at motivating me to succeed by telling me I can't. Motivation is contagious. I have been able to expand my level of motivation by surrounding myself with positive people.
