I walked for 17 minutes and burn 68 calories. Lunch is chicken and green beans. I have 100 calorie pack of nuts and some spinach/kale mix for when I get hungry (bored?) this afternoon.

In it for the long haul

Food allergies
Anybody out there with food allergies? I'm allergic to dairy. I got diagnosed a year and a half ago. It's made eating healthy hard. I used to eat yogurt and cheese all the time. I started eating carbs and packed on the weight. I am working hard now at counting my marcos and eating lower carb and healthy fat.
