My goals are in order:
1. Gain Strength
2. Improve Cardio Ability
3. Get Lean
I'm on week 7 of Body Beast. I've only lost a pound or 2 but I dropped 3 inches around my waist. So I'm definitely shifting fat to muscle. My strength gains have been insane. I keep getting closer to being able to do an unassisted chin up. I am doing good according to my goals, but there is a part of me that just wants to be my ideal weight now. Struggling to keep from changing my calorie consumption and messing up the good thing I got going.

Just be patient. It took me years but I lost 6 inches and am in the best shape of my life. Switch to training instead of exercising its a different attitude0
