I love swimming! When I wasn't tracking calories (and probably overeating) i used to swim 2x week and I actually built some muscle on my legs and arms, but I didn't lose any weight, of course. I plan on starting back this week and alternating with lifting and light cardio on other days of the week.

I buy most of my groceries there, I simply love Aldi! The Fit n Active line has a lot of staples in lower calories, like cheese, waffles, jam, cookies, etc. if you don't want to give those up you can always try these products first. I go through the same with family, except my mom compares herself to me (she's thinner, with the help of liposuction). Mostly I try not to listen because I know it's all bs. Focusing on a healthy lifestyle as opposed to weight will payoff in the future, as I'm sure you already know! :)

I asked this question to a RD professor in college and she said no food can be eaten exclusively, HOWEVER if needed milk would be her best bet.
