I would go nuts for a huge bar of chocolate right now. Or a chocolate cake heated with whipped cream. Nom

Have some! I eat chocolate all the time. Pick a really satisfying portion controlled amount and have at it.0

Yep. Have some.0

You miss it so much you made two threads about it!0

Yes, eat some. Don't wait until you go crazy and eat too much.0

Make it fit into your calories0

I LOVE chocolate and honestly would crack and binge on chocolate if I had to give it up. It's ok to eat in moderate portions and as long as it fits into your calorie count, go for it. I eat Fiber One brownies - low in cal (90), and also gives me some chocolate to look forward to!0

You can make some fit, or try something like a double chocolate chunk quest bar as breakfast/snack/dessert. I love those quest bars, they are full of protein and fiber, and really taste like chocolate! Another idea is fiber one brownies. Only 90 calories:)0

Everyone has the right idea so long as you can stop at a controlled portion. For me that time is some time in the future but not right now.0

If you want some low calorie options:
Skinny cow chocolates/ice cream bars
Weight Watchers also have some brownie snacks, chocolates, and frozen desserts.
You could also go look at the greek yogurt. Dannon has a Chocolate covered fruit variety. I think they are like 100 calories a cup with 12 g protein.0 -
Daily chocolate that also meets my protein needs is my way to "have my cake and eat it too". Zone bar or other high protein bar that's yummy and "hits" chocolate and protein buttons. Win win in my book. Over the past 18 months the bar I choose has changed but the strategy stays the same.0

I have a piece of dark chocolate almost every day. There is no reason to have to miss any of your favorite foods. Just make the fit. If you don't have a lot of extra calories 10 grams of semi sweet chocolate chips is only 50 calories and paired with some fruit or nuts can be a very satisfying snack.0

a whole bar of hershey's is 200 calories. indulge yourself.0

So have some chocolate.
I tend to lose more weight when I include chocolate in my diet...probably because I don't usually get enough fat. I like the Ritter Sport bars with hazelnuts and dark chocolate--I get the small ones...I think they are around 3 oz. The portion control is built right in. If I want one, I have to walk to the store to get it though!
If it is important to you, work it into your goals.0 -
Have some!
And dont you dare feel guilty - it's absolutely okay :]
Just log it.0 -
I have the hardest tjme with this.....Iove sweets sooooo much its hard to have just a small anount. It dosent seem to satisfy me with just a little....it seems more like a tease0
