Because of the reduction in overall inflammation that Keto has given me, I was able to put on a dress this morning, that I was last able to wear when my weight was a full 20 pounds lower than it is right now. And it looks better now than it did then.

I think that may have been the case. I was taking the same amount of sodium that I used on a normal day, not on a day that it was 90 degrees outside when I was being very active. We had a family reunion at the beach this past weekend with close to 100 family members in attendance. Not only did I wear a bathing suit top the entire day, I even allowed myself to be photographed. Normally I would have hidden from even the hint of a camera, especially in a bathing suit!
