I think it's the only thing that will work. In the past I have just sort of estimated....apparently I am really bad at estimating, because the weight always crept back!

I can't see or feel a difference until I've lost about 10 lbs. Others don't start noticing until I've lost about 15 lbs.

People saying "Oh just do this [thing that worked for them] and you'll lose weight!" Bodies are different, there are genetic factors & gut-flora factors, and what worked for one person is not necessarily the same thing that will work for another.

Are you sure you want to lose more? That seems like a healthy weight for your height.
