21day fix initially and now I jog 3 times a week at least for 30 mins. I don't workout for more than 30 mins.

At home workouts are your friend. You can do them while watching babies...I've lost all my baby weight through this way mostly. Also you can consider investing in a jogging stroller and take the kiddos out for a jog. But the fact that you have two will surely complicate any workout routine you have going.

Well done first ofa ll. Some of it could be water weight :) but yes you generally lose more the bigger u are. When I first started losing weight I lost 2lb or so per week. Now its more like 1lb if I'm lucky. Good luck.

Working out....it makes me want to eat less crap and burns calories. I eat roughly +/- 200 from my daily calories...sometimes I can go way over ...but I log everything honestly. Worked for me.
