30 lb in 3 months
I still have about 8lb to go till 'goal' How I did it- 1) Workout 4-5 days a week 2) Eat less than 1500 calories I tried to eat well, but I also indulged as long as within my calorie count. Below is my before and after. I personally don;t see much difference. But other ppl do. My clothes feel lose :)

Chocolate addiction ?
I have food addiction in general but it is especially addiction to chocolate. I can eat an entire box of ferraro rocher + couple malteazers + couple snickers bars in 1 sitting washed down with a can of coke zero. Yes its that bad. I'm 3-4 months clean from binging...but the struggle is real. Anyone else?
