    You could try these....

    Very berry chia pudding

    1/2 cup of strawberries
    1/2 cup of raspberries
    1/2 cup of blueberries
2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
    2-3 tbs of maple syrup
    1/2 tsp of vanilla essence
1/3 cup + 2 tbs of chia seeds

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, leave in the fridge for 8 hours (it's totally worth the time!) is also great for breakfast!

    Or

    1 banana (sliced)
    1/2 tsp of cinnamon
    1 tbsp of honey
    1/3 cup of Greek yoghurt

Place banana slices on baking tray, drizzle with honey, sprinkle on cinnamon. Place in the oven for 10-15 mins.

Serve with Greek yoghurt and enjoy.

    Super easy.
    Fiber one cheesecake.
All you have to do is go to the store and buy it.

It's not that healthy but I like
    1 egg
    1-2 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/4 cup powdered sugar

Mix together in a mug and microwave about 45 seconds. I like to throw some mini chocolate chips on mine too...

To add onto this, if you mash the banana and freeze it, you get a nice ice cream like dessert!

Not sure if this is healthy exactly but it's pretty low calorie and has a decent amount of protein. Also tastes great and can be adjusted to suit your tastes/mood!

    Raspberry Mousse

    16oz cottage cheese
    2boxes raspberry jello
    1 tub of cool whip
    1 bag frozen raspberries

Put cottage cheese into a blender or food processor and process until very smooth. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in jello powder until well combined. Fold in cool whip and frozen raspberries, reserving a few raspberries for garnish. . spoon into 12 individual dishes, (I like to use the clear plastic disposable cups). Garnish each with a raspberry. Cover and chill for 2 hours. About 130 calories per serving.

Orange version- prepare as above substituting the raspberries for two cans drained mandarins and orange jello.

Strawberry, cherry etc - you get the idea. :)

    Bonus, kids love it too!!

For a yummy milkshake . Take a 1/2 cup of premade jello and a cup of fat free milk and some ice . Blend in together in your blender and you have a low calorie milkshake

    Yogurt Cheesecake

1 LG tub Greek fat free unflavored yogurt
1 3 oz box no sugar added jello pudding - cheesecake flavor
    Graham cracker crumbs
    Fresh berries (if desired)

Mix pudding into yogurt. It will get very thick. Spoon individual servings into serving cup. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Top with fresh fruit.

Freeze bananas (sliced) and store in freezer bags. Pop a bag into your blender, and voila! Banana ice cream. Add PB2, cocoa, strawberries, or anything else you like with bananas to the mix for variety!
