I use a whey isolate powder from Cellucor, cor-performance, which seems fine, though I was thinking next time I need one, I could see what choices there are. I currently bought this from a guy who has a shop is a top trainer over here, whom I…

  • P.s will be using the 'Steps' android app, not sure about accuracy, good reviews. I'll find out for myself how long 20k steps take, today!
  • Hello! is this still on? How long does 20k steps a day take you, on average? I can fit in a two hour walk in the evening, and this seems a great idea! Count me in!
  • Hi, Mommydie! Great to read your post! So glad to finally find another Tracy Anderson person.. they seem to be few on this forum. Anyway it feels right for me. • Tracy Anderson, anyone? I'm doing Hipcentric, and a sort of Atkins / Paleo diet of my own. Add me. I am positive, work out, stick to my plan and will motivate you to do so too..
  • I'm doing Hipcentric (Day 3). I feel great, with some soreness (the normal 'good' workout pain). I've done weights and aerobics before, and I like her method. Anyone also on this program, do add me as a friend! I work out daily and encourage... What she says about weights: this is what some friends have experienced; if you…
  • Hi... I'm doing HipCentric, and am logging it as 'aerobics, high intensity'. Don't have any figures for you; feel free to add me if you'd like a Metamorphosis buddy! I generally work out daily and stick to my diets; it's day 3 on this program but I've been exercising for a lifetime. Will cheer you on..
  • Adding you... you guys can add me too! I encourage and give feedback
  • Thanks for the input, Ninerbuff; I will definitely look up the experts you've mentioned! I did Tracy's mat workout a few weeks and found it helped strengthen my muscles; which is why I'm starting Metamorphosis. I'll keep you posted on whether it works. It's certainly different, and I get good vibes from her. Not following…
  • p.s also using the apps Sworkit and Workout Trainer to add variety when I need it, and loving them! For variety I have Zumba, Insanity (bad on knees though) and a bunch of other videos to switch things up. Home gym: dumbbells, ankle weights, books.
