Hello! is this still on? How long does 20k steps a day take you, on average? I can fit in a two hour walk in the evening, and this seems a great idea! Count me in!0

It takes me roughly 2 hrs....1hr running rest brisk walking split up through the day when I can fit it in... (I have a desk job so at times have to get creative, loo jogging isn't unheard of at times to make my quota lol)0 -

Step count is a good bit lower than what I had been doing but, my running training has increased some and has taken a little out of me.
Congrats to everyone who has participating. Even if you don't make it every day, the main thing is you gave it your best.
Keep at it folks, this may be the start of a new trend in your life.0 -

@Dictorbutt...um almost 25k steps is NOT a rest day LOL
you might not want to miss out on at least one rest day every week, your body needs to recharge the batteries..I've been to the place when I've not rested and paid the price0 -

Feels like I sprained by right ankle area this morning during a run, so I will be out of the challenge for a few days. I usually run track but, this morning I ran on the park paved trail, which I haven't done a lot of. Not sure if I came down awkwardly on it and didn't realize it at the moment or what exactly did happened.0
