Keep going. I'm back to it proper again had a few weeks where I've had crisps and chocolate as stated in my calories but healthy from today. I want the weight to start to cone off and not just stay the same

Maybe due to change in exercise and a little more strain being placed on your heart. Try lower weights and gradually build up when your used to it. I got advised to do only a few reps at a time but about 3-5 sets to help build up.

Think motivation is a big area to fulfill in weight lose and also having support from others. I also feel that it helps if people are in the same situation. My fella bought me some dumbells yesterday so. Bring on the workout I will be slimmer. One step at a time

Thankyou that is a good idea. Make it as an appointment.....I will try this. I walk everywhere day as I don't drive so I get exercise from that. I am determined to loose the weight. So onward and upward.

Hi I'm up and down with app too. My main thing is exercise motivation. Just eat plenty of green vegetables and cut out the sugar. I did find it worked I also do intermittent fasting so my last meal is around 9-10pm then I start eating again from about 1pm. So my body is getting a good rest from food. I also got told…
