Hi I'm Cheryl I have just started this app today , was doing slimming world but found this very expensive to buy fresh produce and also very time consuming to prep food . Any quick simple cheap recipes would be great if anyone would like to share , also would love to get some friends on here for motivation , not sure I'm using this app correctly so hope this works xx

Hi I'm up and down with app too. My main thing is exercise motivation. Just eat plenty of green vegetables and cut out the sugar. I did find it worked I also do intermittent fasting so my last meal is around 9-10pm then I start eating again from about 1pm. So my body is getting a good rest from food. I also got told yesterday you need to be eating under your maintenence weight so mine was 2.450 calories a day so I'm aiming for 1.700 at the moment as I had only been eating 1000 or below. I just find it hard at times.0
