I understand! I have food allergies I found out about last month and can't eat anything with milk or eggs :(. Plus some fruits and veggies I can't eat either. You could eat any meat! Can you eat cooked down veggies and fruit? From what I've read I can't eat raw but I can eat it cooked....if its the allergies I would think…

MFP Starting Weight: 209 lbs Challenge Starting Weight: 192.6 lbs. Current Weight: 191. I slacked for 3 weeks but only gained 1 lb so I'm thankful for that and I just lost 1.6 lbs yay. So I'm pretty much back to the challenge starting weight lol.

I recently bought PB2 powder peanut butter and its really good! I think its better than peanut butter with oil. Its not as sweet as I like it but its better. :)

My goal is to lose 20-30 lbs by New Year's

I use my 20 ounce bottle or just a regular glass. I have no problem getting enough water. Each day is different for me but I usually drink 10-16 cups a day. I'm obsessed with water! Always have always will. :)

I think carbs are everyone's nightmare when trying to lose weight. They're for me lol. I eat between 100-150 carbs a day usually and still lose weight. You can add me as a friend if you want. I'm always looking for new friends :)
