I have a question....I don't work but I do workout 4-6 times a week.....so when I'm trying to figure out my TDEE do I put sedentary because I don't work....or do I put in my exercise? What are your small goals besides weight loss?
Mine are: to be able to do push ups on my toes lol. Workout at least 6 hours a week. Run a mile without stopping. Push through the pain when working out. Of course lose 6 more pounds by the end of August. And 20-30 lbs by my birthday which is in November. What are yours?
Is this enough exercise a week to lose weight?
I go to the gym 6 days a week and its usually for 60 mins. Mostly cardio with some weight training. I need to lose 60+ lbs. I do all the classes like Zumba, Body Pump, Grit, Step and Strength, etc. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
