Food Allergy

I took an allergy test last week and just found out today that I'm highly allergic to ragweed and a low reaction to egg whites and milk.
I know ragweed isn't food but I have to avoid a lot of food or I'll have a reaction. I can't eat cucumbers, bananas, watermelon, paprika, cantaloupe, green peppers, artichoke, honey, tomatoes, and tea.
My question is what foods could I eat that does not have milk protein in it? I've been researching but it'd be cool to hear from others on here and how to manage not consuming these foods. I'm in love with milk, so I can't give it up completely but I have to give up most of it. I can live without eggs lol.
