Meee toooooo! Working on adding you ladies, but feel free to add me first!

You look fabulous! I'm 2 inches taller than you and you're currently at my goal weight!
-
Hmmm... Is it bad that I saw your post and immediately thought, "tall, hot men!! Yes, I definitely want to get in on this post!" I've spent the last 8 years in a town where, at 5'9", I was often the tallest PERSON in the room! There is something just so sexy about a taller man!!! Good luck with your endeavors gentlemen!

^^ I see this catch!

Yeah, the issue I'm having with eyeballing/estimating is that I'm pretty social, so I'm eating out (or with friends) 6ish times/week... Also, due to life circumstances, I'm not in control of the kitchen where I live, nor the meals that are served. I was thinking if I measure accurately, then maybe it would compensate for…

I'm in ¡!!!!

@t Good idea... Many years ago I got on excellent shape using a HRM... Maybe it's time to go back to what works!
-
Damn... Never thought about a weight limit for my bicycle... Thanks for the heads up
-
Add me, too. I've also got 100 to go

I'm Michelle and I'm (hopefully) moving to Birmingham in late August from Chicago. Please add me!
-
Yes... How DOES this happen?!?!

Coffee is a non-negotiable. I do use sugar-but I've replaced the sugar spoon with a teaspoon so I know exactly how much I'm putting in. As far as milk/creamer, I do my best to use as little as possible and estimate it at about 1/4c- which I'm sure it's not, but is rather over estimate than under.

Wow, thank you ladies!!!

Walmart! Good call... And there's always one nearby. I'll look into Old Navy but for most of their clothes I find my *kitten* is too big and my waist too small for their sizes so I'm always needing to pull them up.

This thread has been so much more helpful than I imagined!! I've got ideas overload! Ha-ha!! What a good idea!!

How do I like this?!? Ha-ha.

Also, has anyone tried the Plus Size Yoga? Or know where to get it free?

Ohhhhhh... Such good suggestions. Gracias!! New music!! I haven't even been using music, Duh! Also, thanks to everyone who listed specific videos to look for on YouTube! Lord knows I don't want to waste 3 hours finding decent videos!!! So... Music suggestions? Do you walk to the beat, or just listen for motivation?

Gym, and pool, are out. Too expensive for this job-seeker! I do have a fitbit. Sometimes it's more frustrating than motivating (an hour bike ride shows up as like 1,200 steps) but I'm on it. :) I did just see a simple idea i might try; committing to x squats every time I take a bathroom break... Though I loathe squats.

Michelle from the Chicago burbs. I'm 5'9" and 291. Ugh. There, I've said it/admitted it... Can the healing finally start? In 2012 I was around 200# and running regularly. A broken foot in 2012 followed by a broken ankle in 2015,, plus a major job change (and then loss) and bam! I'm up 91 lbs in three years! I need friends…

5'9, 291. And yes, that 1 is important! How the hell did I get here? The years ago I was at 220!! Nice to see some people who aren't just trying to lose 5lbs.
