Hey! Just wanted to say remember to stick with it, and it will happen EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT PERFECT! took me 27 days to lose 10lbs... But I also over indulged a few times (county fair fried goodness, baby shower treats, and my weakness-SUSHI!!) AND I was able to eat ice cream. Not every day, but enough that I didn't go crazy…

"exercise" for 250+ lbs people (100+ to lose)
So clearly, at 290 I can not, and probably shouldn't even attempt, many of the "recommended workouts.". Yes, there's walking... And I've gotten on the bicycle (it's so fun to have people call you a fatass as they drive by), but what are y'all doing? I'm looking for some variety... Thanks!

weigh & measure out of the house?
Just wondering if anyone is using a pocket food scale and/or carries measuring cups/spoons with them? I'm thinking about it... Suggestions welcome.

EZ arm workout with resistance bands?
I need to start a BEGINNER resistance bands aka, therapy resistence band-not actual exercise band-workout to get these jiggly chicken wings under control. Suggestions? Not as concerned with lower body as I'm cycling, but a ball workout with resistance bands is welcome!

workout gear/clothes for the BBW (250lbs+)
Bigger girls have bigger gals that need to be kept in place. I had a bra I loved that fit, and of course they stopped making it. Also... I need to find some spandexy-type shorts, as ugly as they might be, to cover my thunder thighs and prevent the Chaff. Suggestions?? Oh, I'm 5'9" and about 285 (like a size 22ish) bra 42DD
