Current photos. 178-180 fluctuated weight

will post again in a few weeks. I am 5'7. I would say that I've always done a lot of walking and "toning" (recently found out that is not a real thing!) and yoga over the years. So I do have a ton of muscle. But I just love love love to eat. So far my weight loss journey has been focused on eating healthier and being more structured and conscious about my activity level.

Just wanted to share some photos. I've already lost 6 lbs. but my goal weight is 150lbs.
