Don't feel stupid, you have to start somewhere even the greats out there had to start at the bottom. Best part about doing them on a wall is you can do them anywhere.

you could try air squats if your knee allows, I had to warm up to them at first but it will get stronger and easier.

Start by doing a standing pushup by leaning against a wall with your arms and doing a pushup. Slowly start moving closer to the floor using tables, chairs whatever you have to keep your upper body higher than your lower. Once you get to the floor you can do whats called a 6 point pushup hands, knees and toes on he ground.

Scary thing is hyper hydration shows the same symptoms as dehydration, headaches, nausea, vomiting. It can be misdiagnosed very easily just remember you MUST EAT don't just drink water.

Drink water, the amount you would need to drink to hyper hydrate is ALOT. Its possible to do but you will feel bloated way before that point. Go by that chart previously posted its a good indicator. Also if you feel hungry at an off time drink a glass of water first, you may just be dehydrated.

Not sure if your into buffalo chicken at all but I like to take boneless skinless chicken breast and slow cook it, then cut them into small pieces and put 2 tablespoons of Sweet Baby Rays buffalo sauce on he chicken.
