Thanks for all the great ideas... I'm not big on soda water but maybe that's the best it'll definitely slow me down :-) and I like the idea of a snack before going and water before, with, and after each drink.

Count me in! I'm up for 30 days of bending, stretching, and strengthening. About me: I am also 50 something, 32 pounds over my goal, 5'6". I've been doing yoga for years, but never on a daily basis, so looking forward to doing it on a regular basis.

My husband and I were the white rabbit and red queen from Alice in wonderland last year. I took an old dress and glued red felt hearts on it then teased my hair and used red hair spray. Bought the bunny ears and large watch. The rest was all makeup. Easy and inexpensive.

I would suggest a meal replacement that contains vegetables and fruits. Do your research though some are high in cholesterol and or sugars but there are some great ones out there if you look.

Its the way you engage your muscle. I may have just never understood the power yoga videos but DDP explains it differently and the workouts are all around thirty minutes long but you will really feel it. There are a few on YouTube if you want to check them out.
