Hello, I have been doing yoga on and off for about 20 years but just found the DDP Yoga series where you add in dynamic resistance. I love it and have found a new commitment to yoga. Anyone else doing it?
I have to go 'out for drinks' with colleagues every once in a while, any suggestions on the best drink to have? I know water would be the best answer but when meeting at a bar, it just seems anti-social so am looking for an alternative. Suggestions on how not to partake of the appetizers would be nice too.
