Do you track calories? If you already eat 1300 a day, then dropping to 1200 a day won't make much change. I'd suggest tracking every mouthful and following the suggested calories on mfp if you don't already do so.

I wouldn't be able to go 4 hours on a grapefruit and Greek yogurt. I think I would be so hungry I'd end up buying something. There are plenty of breakfast options that are easy and good for you. I find eggs for be very filling and they don't take me long to cook. But for easy fast options you have so many cereals/bread and…

Are the recipes easy to follow? I struggle with these sort of diet plans as I end up spending way too much on the ingredients.

Do what keeps you motivated. At the end of the day it's down to numbers so just be careful that you don't overeat the 'good stuff' Good Luck and keep us updated

Baby does so much growing in them last 8 weeks. So surely you'll gain the weight your baby gains. What's the reason for not gaining anymore?

I've been interested in a whole30 approach. Removing all the allergens and then reintroducing. I don't like all the rules about making 'non approved foods' with 'approved foods'

Higher in calories but very filling. I'd usually have 1/2 if it was part of a meal, but I don't have it too often.

Thanks all! Have lots to check out. I did 'Body Revolution' workout 1 today. Got me bk in the swing of things. Going to check out all the suggestions Thanks

Being a mum changes everything. I have always eaten A LOT. But my routine was always 'work' then 'gym' then weekend day trips were I was constantly on my feet. Now I am a mum, self employed which takes up my evenings when she is in bed, I fit exercise in either at the weekend when my husband is home or in the week if my…

I had so many plans for my pregnancy but reality hits, I would plan a walk but end up falling asleep on the sofa lol. It is crazy how exhausted you get making a baby. I would say eat well, lots of healthy foods, your babies need the nourishment. Don't be too hard on yourself regarding exercise. I found walking great,…

Also looking for support. I need to shift my baby bump, in 5 weeks she will be 1 years old. Not sure how long I can call it baby weight lol

I think these messages have given me some motivation. I stayed at 1500 calories yesterday and have pre planned today's food. I'm going to come and check these boards each day to motivate me. Also taken measurements. I have a wedding on Friday and have already prebooked my food. So rather than worry about that I am going to…

It can be done but it is stupid and unhealthy. Aim for 1-2lbs per week. Or a 10 week target?

Thanks Everyone! I will take it all onboard. I'm confused about the exercise advice. Two runs a week makes me feel great and gives my mind a break from thinking about baby. Im not classed as obese, I just want to lose the extra weight I am carrying. I exercised through my pregnancy and had a great pregnancy. I don't…

I'm not committed at all. That's the problem. I'm committed to fitness but the food aspect gets ignored. I need to sort my head out and get to it.

Okay. That makes sense. I don't put any effort or get out of breath walking or doing the steps. So don't class it as exercise. But if I connect my Fitbit it won't matter will it as there will be an adjustment. I didn't even realise I could do that. So in going to now x

Pre log might be an option. If I have something to stick to it might be easier. Thanks
