An office setting would be hard to exercise at! although I did read somewhere once people replaced their chairs with exercise balls to work on core strength, wouldn't that be a sight !

Just like anything it becomes normal after doing it for a long enough time ! I don't mind the 6-6 plus I have a 10minute drive home so it works out good if I'm dead on my feet I can pour myself in to bed pretty quickly right after my shift and be up by noon good to go :wink:

eat what you know is healthy ! Lots of healthy meals plans on line much better and a lot of times cheaper then any diets ! add me up if you whish I have an open meal diary and try to eat healthy and not to many crazy way out meals, stuff you can put together quick and taste good Cheers !
