New type 2 diabetic

hello all!

I've just been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and am using MFP to aide in my food tracking along with my Fitbit Charge HR. IVE Used MFP in the past for calorie counting but only now have begun tracking carbs and sugars.
I look forward to reading the posts here and welcome any advice the diabetics out there can give. Thanks in advance.

    Glad to meet you. Sorry about the the diagnosis. My husband has been type 2 diabetic since age of 18. It's challenging but reversable.
