Lolo2282, I'm a mom to many and need to loose about 40 lbs. I've been using MFP since mid August. I've "only" lost 10 lbs and also am looking for motivation also. It feels so hard to take that step to fully commit. We CAN do this baby steps make a difference! If you would like to friend me we can motivate each other. :D

Awesome job, medlaura! It's been a pretty busy week so more walking less insanity for me. :-/ Haven't stuck with my eating plan either.

Medlaura, how did you do this week? I missed yesterday, but I walked 6 miles. I HAD to do recovery on Wednesday, as I was too sore to do anything else. I plan on doing it today!

Hi! I've been logging in for a couple months now. It's done a great job keeping me accountable. Although, I honestly have not always made good food choices. It's a slow process for me but I'm not giving up! That's the best advice I heard, "It's a slow process but slow is still PROGRESS!" You can do it!

Hi, Annie! Getting out there to walk can be such a challenge to overcome that mental block. You just need to keep telling yourself, "I'm going for a walk!" Instead of, "Should I go? Maybe I'll go." You are going to go and feel great when you are done!
