I haven’t thought about resting more. I usually just take Tuesday’s off since I work all day. But I’m willing to try it lol. The 1800 calories is what I put in on the app because I was told before by a trainer that’s what I should be around mfp did have it higher.

Yea i was.. intill today which knocks it down alot im guessing i should just hit the 3070 calorie goal which is hard i usually get to about 2500
