Stopped loosing weight

I started in April at 300lbs I’m down to 269. This past couple week I was loosing 2-3 pounds a week and all of a sudden it just stopped. My calorie goal is 1800 and with 500 hundred calories a day in exercise on a bike 6 days a week. I do eat back about 200 of those 500. My weight hasn’t dropped in two weeks not sure if I should lower my calories some more or keep on this same track. I did switch to exercise in the morning so I get more sleep at night instead of 4 hours I get 7 now but just started that this week.

Weight loss isn't linear, it's normal to not see weight loss on the scale every week.
You might particularly notice your weight loss is masked by water retention if you've switched up your exercise routine. Unless you're stuck for 4 weeks or more, I wouldn't change a thing except maybe looking at your logging accuracy as it's easy to become inconsistent once you've been at it a while.

When you start off with a lot to lose, the weight tends to come off quickly and consistently. However, weight loss isn't linear, as long as the trend is going down, then you are good. As for the fact that you haven't lost anything in two weeks, don't stress. A true stall is more in the neighborhood of 4-6 weeks. Give it time. If after a month to month and a half you still aren't losing, then maybe consider switching things up.

I suspect that your food logging is way off, because unless you're bedridden 1800 calories is really low for a 269 lb man. I'm almost 40 lbs lighter and my calories are 2600 before exercise.
Additionally, it's only been a week or so, so don't stress just yet.4 -

The huma body is a complicated machine. We liketo think CICO works like clockwork. It doesn't .. you don't want to drop your calories and slow your metabolism to where you're stuck eating next to nothing to maintain.
Have you thought about resting more? you could be over doing your workouts. sleeping more is a great step and that will matter.. but have you thought of taking some rest days in between exercising?2 -

I haven’t thought about resting more. I usually just take Tuesday’s off since I work all day. But I’m willing to try it lol. The 1800 calories is what I put in on the app because I was told before by a trainer that’s what I should be around mfp did have it higher.0

Unless your trainer is also a dietitian, let him worry about your training, not your nutrition. It's not their area of expertise.
1800 is pretty low for your stats, I'm a 220lb female and I lose on 1800 net, my gross intake is closer to 2400 calories on an active day.

I`m pretty sure that the amount of these fat cells dont increase or decrease when losing/gaining fat. They simply fill up when gaining more fat. So no, it does not make it easier to gain weight.2 -

My understanding is that no, you never lose the fat cells, they just shrink. As to whether or not that makes it easier to gain weight, I don't really think that it is a contributing factor. Eating more and moving less is what makes you gain weight.2 -

I wouldn't worry about it, unless your measurements are off.
When I went from 240 down to 195, I lost about 2/wk to start, then slowed to 1-1.5 for the last 6 weeks or so of that phase. I averaged 2200-2300 calories in per day over that whole time. With similar activity levels as you (doing different activities). You weigh more than when I started, so my guess is that you should be fine. My weight looked the chart above. Slow loss, slow gain, occasional whoosh. Staying the course and understanding that my weight chart was likely going to look like that made all the difference.
Stay the course. Weigh everything (so if you do have to make any adjustments, you'll make them based on facts, not guesses).2 -

I'm sure I've read the number of fat cells can increase in some situations (like when putting weight on quickly)....2 -
