MyFitnessPal got rid of the daily newsfeed this summer. It's a real letdown as I enjoyed communicating with "my band" of merry fitness warriors.

Whatever you do, don't buy the bread through Amazon. The reviews are terrible (go see for yourself). I've been making mug bread from coconut flour, egg and butter. Next I'm going to attempt to make an entire loaf of bread. Cooking from scratch tastes better and is certainly cheaper.

Sounds like you have a plan. Are you watching any of the folks on YouTube? One thing that I am doing is using Intermittent Fasting and eating all of my calories in only an 8 hour window (i.e., 16 hours are spent not eating/ working out). I started following Thomas Delauer on YouTube if you would like to know more.

I thought the same thing and then came upon the ideal of mixing the powder with unsweetened coconut milk in a blender instead of water. A little Stevia and some cinnamon and mmm...mmm good!

Wow, that is an awesome story. I started Keto in July of this year and was diagnosed as diabetic in August. Fortunately my blood sugar level was back to normal and my doctor just said "keep doing what you're doing." 50 lbs. is an awesome weight loss! Congratulations.

If you haven't done so, please get checked out by your doctor. If being out of breath after a couple of flights of stairs is new to you, something could be wrong. Don't take any chances with your health.

I use this powdered creamer called Rapidfire Ketogenic Creamer that's half the price of the other name brands. It has butter, MCT oil and Himalayan salt and tastes a lot lighter than cream. If you're after a sweet taste then try Coconut Creamer by So Delicious.

You can use the 'Recipe'function in MFP. Just create a new recipe and add each ingredient. You then tell the app how many servings are in the recipe and viola! success. You don't have that many ingredients so it should be fairly quick.
