Just starting again, gained back the 30# I lost. So far so good. Trying to use the gym membership to my advantage but have to be very careful because of my RA. This app really works for me. It is difficult because I'm the only one who wants to eat healthy in my house. Argggg

Im glad you commented. So far using this app and getting exercise I've dropped 24 lbs. Loving the fact my waist is getting trim after so many years. My RA is doing well too.

still tired alot but yeah feeling better. stuck at 189 for weeks now, argggggggg working out hard and staying within the food/calories plan but not losing weight or inches. trainer says it's the fat turning into muscle. hmmmmm I don't know.

I'm a returnee also. Not only did doc tell high BP but high cholesterol. Determined to take the weight off by eating healthy and low impact exercise. Good luck. Stick with it.

When I did weight watchers they gave me a fantastic vegetable soup recipe. It is cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, celery, onions. That is the base ingredients, I always add other stuff like zuchinni, eggplant, turnips, rudabega etc. Not good to use meat stock because it cancels out the Benifits. Vegetables only. Eat as much as…

Two days down and so far so good. I used to be a skinny bean. As a kid and young adult I couldn't put on weight no matter what I ate. Arggggggggg. Eat less and exercise more.
